A: EXW, FOB, (Huangpu, Shenzhen , Foshan) are available .

A: Normally our MOQ is 1 set/sets each item.
Q3 : How long is your delivery time ?
A: Normally withtin20 to 35 days after receiving T/T deposit, the specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and item.
Q4: What's your sample policy? A: Samples are available, sample fee and and freight need to confirmed

A: T/T 30% deposit paid in advance, 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L .and L/C, D/P, Western union are acceptable as well.

A: 5years for our massage bathtub body, 3years for electronics, but we have continuous support for our long-term customers.
Q7: Do you have certificate for your massage bathtub?
A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, ISO9001:2008 certificate, and our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.
Q8: What will you do if there is something wrong with your bathtub?
A: First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can confirm with our supplier to avoid the same problem later.
Second, we will match the replacement parts in the next order, we can also send you parts ASAP if you are urgent.
